Minutes Directors' Meeting / 3/1/76
1 . Security
The phone-in/log-in procedure described in the last minutes is still being reviewed in Operations .
2. Meeting on site computer needs is postponed to March 12.
3 . Visit by Ms. Elliott
R. D. Damron will contact B. L. Pritchard to determine what activities should be set up for this visit. He will also determine what Bishop is proposing to do.
4. OSHA Committee
The OSHA Committee will be reactivated and reconstituted, and their objectives will be rewritten. Additional objectives of this committee will be to develop program proposals to handle OSHA concerns in areas of noise, asbestos handling, chemical handling, chemical standards, etc.
5. Committee Assignments
The sending of the master copy of committee assignments by R. D. Damron is imminent.
6. Service Awards
We will continue to give out all service awards at our monthly meeting. A new policy on the annual dinner will be sent out by R. W. James.
7. COED
We recommend that we pursue the trial period option with B. F. Goodrich. This will be handled through the Corporate Management Services Group with CCCTC being the prime location, and all training will be done here. J. R. Walker will coordinate the training and operation activities during this trial period.
8. Stewardship Review
Personnel to be presented at the Stewardslip Review between plants and Technical Center were reviewed. A book summarizing all presentations will be issued after the meeting.
