I count fourteen cases of proven gliobtastoma multiforme unless you are including Clinton Mitcham who had a negative biopsy and no autopsy. 2. We do not identify any trade secrets in either of the drafts. 3. In view of the wide publicity we have had in the past we feel it would be in everyone's best interest to identify Union Carbide by name. 4. We appreciate your gracious offer for co-authorship of the paper. We again feel that we must respectfully decline. Although we cooperated in supplying data for the study, the data analysis is entirely yours. We would also not wish to take a chance in diluting the credibility of the study. 5.
