The Thompson Products, Inc. and Toledo Steel Products jobbers through whom the Vitaraeter and Vitane may ultimately be distributed over the country are continually requesting that a Vitameter be sent them for use and appraisal. As news of our increasing engineering and sales efforts reaches them they are more and more eager to try the product. To date we have sent them no Vitameters or Vitane but we would like to do so when the Cincinnati program is launched. It is natural for them to feel that an extension of our sales effort should at least include samples to them. The Vitameter and Vitane in quart-cans would be sent for their use on the same basis that many individuals will buy it in Cincinnati. However, in the case of our jobbers we will send along specific instructions on the hazards of the fluid. CM There are about 3,000 automotive parts jobbers involved. All are tied to us commercially through a franchise agreement, and we would limit the sale to one unit per jobber. If you feel that such a step can safely be taken during the Cincinnati effort in conjunction with specific warnings on handling the fluid we will be glad to hear from you accordingly.
