Concern has recently been focussed on this chemical in England as a result of sea-bird deaths last fall, although such concern has no statistical basis. . As I understand that you are manufacturers of P.C.3.;s, perhaps you would like to comment, on the possible effects of the residues found in the environment, and whether you consider such residues to have harmful effects. I further understand from Konsanto(England) that1/ you have carried out tests on rodents which indicated no ill effects. T shall be most obliged if you will let me have a full description of any such tests, including ikm the testing conditions, the results, and your findings.
