ECHA, due to a combination of factors including limited resources and the high level of speaking requests we are currently receiving, can only attend a small fraction of the events it is invited to. The session (in the second day of summit) for which we would like to have a representative of ECHA to deliver key-note lecture (up to 60 min) has a working title "PFAS restrictions - learning by doing - what can be improved e.g. concerning the handling of flame retardants and surfactants." This would be followed by Round table discussion about (again a working title) "How to ensure translation and valorisation of research work towards societal benefits by governance of Advanced/innovative materials" where we would be happy to offer the ECHA representative to be the session chair/moderator.
