I have submitted copies of this material to the members of the committee for their information and comments, and as soon as I hear from them I will let you know. Personally, I think the suggested regulations are quite in order, and should take the form of a letter to the President of the Ethyl Corporation from the Surgeon General, for distribution to the various customers of the Ethyl Corporation.
