ORAL LB50 TEST IN GUINEA PIGS
Procedure s The teat material, as a auapenaion in corn oil, waa administered
by intragastric incubation in single doses Co 6 groups of male end 6 groups of female young adult Duncan Hartley guinea pigs, 10 per group. The surviving guinea pigs were weighed and observed during a 14-day recovery period and thes sacrificed. The LD50 value was calculated from the mortality data using the method of D. J. Finney.**
