The vessel is currently expected to arrive in the yard on or about June 2, 1977. We will keep you advised of any changes to this schedule. The work to be accomplished includes AES Special Survey, U. S. C. G. Biennial Inspection, drydocking, West Coast modifications, repairs and betterments which are described in detail in the attached specifications. We request your early preparation of the estimated material costs and man-hours for completing the work described in each item on these specifications. We would appreciate receipt of this itemized estimate as soon as possible. Rlease indicate the item(s) considered to be the controlling jobs, the amount of overtime necessary to expedite delivery by working overtime on the controlling jobs, and the amount of time which would be saved by authorizing overtime on this basis. It is understood that the straight time billing rate for these repairs is $13.00 per hour. For purposes of Article III of our contract, the forecast worth of the vessel is ATRS + 100% which equates to $20,000 per day.
