Forty one questionnaires (from nearly 2/3 of the attendees) were received. Attachment 1 provides a summary of the evaluations and comments on the individual presentations. Attachment 2 provides a listing of the general comments about the meeting. Attachment 3 is a comprehensive listing of the topics suggested for future meetings.
