I'm pleased to see that EPA is getting a bigger component of political appointees in, finally. I'm wondering whether you can shed any light on the likelihood that the Agency's work on withdrawing the proposed determination will be done before the end of the year. Would appreciate hearing your thoughts as to that. I know you have said before that the Administrator wants this done quickly, and we obviously appreciate that. I'm not looking for a specific date, but rather can you estimate that it will be done before the end of the year or is it more likely to be done in the first quarter of 2018? I hope it goes without saying that I'm not looking for any information about how the decision will come out to withdraw or not - only information on the timing. Thanks for anything you can share.
