Chartier AT Assonet COPT TO SUBJECT MEETING ON ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH - MAY 14. 1974 A meeting was held on May 14, 1974, to discuss the implementation of the new plant breathing air system and the procedures for handling monitoring data that indicate over 50 ppm readings when they are obtained. The following points were agreed upon: 1. If any suspicion of reading over 50 foreman to call lab and technician will immediately proceed to building and take a reading. 2. Any readings over 50 on a routine basis foreman is to be notified. 3. Foreman will ask laboratory technician to stay or return depending on nature'of excursion. 4. When MSA units arrive for each building additional monitoring capability will be available. 5. Foreman will notify lead operator and personnel in building. 6.
