The WHMIS ratings for this product, based on Vista's evaluation is as follows: Health Hazard: Flammability Rating: Reactivity Hazard: 1 0 0 This Vista product and it's components are listed on the TSCA Chemical Inventory. I believe this product is considered a polymer, per EINECS definitions, and is excluded from listing. This product is a mixture of chemicals which are on the TSCA Chemical Inventory. The chemicals are as follows: C^and C]_4Ether Sulfate: Ethanol 9004-82-4 277731-62-0 64-17-5 This product does contain ethanol which is listed by California Proposition 65, but specific to it's content in alcoholic beverages. As to the presence of SARA 313 listed chemicals, I've attached information regarding this. Vista recently mailed the attached to customers. In summary, EPA is taking the position that certain ether sulfates are to be considered glycol ethers and are subject to 313 reporting.
