Dear Ms. Tiesman: On August 27, 2020, SWEPI LP ("SWEPI") entered into an Administrative Compliance Order on Consent ("AOC"), Docket No. CAA-06-2020-3428 with the United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") to resolve certain alleged violations of the Texas Administrative Code, which had been adopted into the Texas State Implementation Plan. Pursuant to the AOC, SWEPI agreed to specific requirements as outlined in paragraph 30 to be completed within 180 days of the AOC Effective Date (i.e., no later than February 27, 2021). EPA has received and reviewed your final letter report, required under AOC paragraph 30.c., of all work completed under the AOC, dated February 18, 2021.
