I thank you for the opportunity to clarify how this submission should be handled in AR-226 . The March 7th submission included documents that contained CBI and documents with copying restrictions . In reviewing this submission, and recognizing both EPA's policies/procedures concerning document submittal and the fact that for AR-226 EPA maintains a CBI file, a public electronic docket, and a public printed paper file, three versions of the March 7th submission are provided to EPA, as follows : 1 . For the AR-226 CBI file - CBI version ; this version is the original March 7`h submission provided to EPA [not enclosed with this letter] 2 . For the AR-226 public electronic docket - sanitized version (CBI and copy restricted materials removed) [enclosed with this letter] 3 . For the AR-226 public paper copy file - sanitized version (CBI removed ; copy restricted materials included as Read Only) [enclosed with this letter] Further detail on each such version is provided below . 1. Original Submission dated March 7, 2007 (CBI) The original submission dated March 7, 2007 contained documents marked as Confidential Business Information (CBI) and documents marked with copy restrictions . Please handle the entire original submission as TSCA CBI . It should be included in the AR-226 CBI file . 2. Documents that are prohibited from further copying are included in this packet as Read Only documents . These documents may be viewed, but not copied without permission from the author . The index included with this packet of documents provides information on who to contact for permission to copy, as does a cover page for each such document .
