Region 5 and Neighboring States' Visit to US EPA Cincinnati Facility February 2, 2018
LOGISTICAL INFORMATION
MEETING LOCATION
US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Andrew W. Breidenbach Environmental Research Center (AWBERC) 26 W. Martin Luther King Drive Cincinnati, OH 45268
The meeting will be held on Friday, February 2 at the AWBERC facility in Conference Rooms 130/138. Registration will be at 8:00 AM in the front lobby off of the main circle drive. The meeting will begin at 8:15 AM and is expected to adjourn at 4:00 PM.
PARKING AND SECURITY AT EPA
The EPA research facility is across the street from the Kingsgate Marriott. It is recommended that you walk from the hotel. For those driving to AWBERC, drive to the security guard booth, and tell the guards you are here for a meeting with ORD. Security will direct you to reserved visitor parking.
Please enter the EPA facility using the front lobby off of the main circle drive (off of Martin Luther King Dr.). All bags will need to be x-rayed. EPA representatives will meet you in the lobby for registration, where you will receive your name tag and meeting materials. All visitors will be accompanied by an EPA representative when inside EPA's facility.
Please allow at least 10 minutes for parking and/or security and bring a government-issued photo ID.

LUNCH ORDERS
Coffee will be available for meeting attendees in Conference Rooms 130/138. We will be ordering Panera's boxed lunches. Your orders (please see attached menu) should be sent to Amy Scheuer scheuer.amy@epa.gov by February 1, and money will be collected at registration; exact change is appreciated.
HEALTH AND SAFETY AT EPA
Closed-toe shoes are required to participate in the laboratory tour. Safety glasses are also required and will be provided.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO EPA
From 1-71 Southbound Take Exit 3, Taft Road. At the end of the exit ramp, take a slight right onto William Howard Taft Road. Proceed up the hill, approximately 0.7 miles. Turn right onto Jefferson Avenue. Go approximately 0.5 miles and bear left before the 3rdlight. The Andrew W. Breidenbach Environmental Research Center will be in front of you; it is a large multistory, tan-colored cement building. The driveway into the parking lot is just before you reach the building.
From 1-75 Southbound Take Exit 6, Mitchell Ave. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Mitchell Ave. Go approximately 0.5 miles and turn right onto Vine Street. Follow Vine Street for almost 2 miles until you come to Martin Luther King Drive. The Andrew W. Breidenbach Environmental Research Center is on the corner of ML King and Vine. Turn right on Vine Street, then make an immediate right into the facility. The driveway into the parking lot is just before you reach the building.
