The conclusions drawn would seem to go somewhat beyond the evidence. The technical details of the presentation are not such as would interest the majority of'our readers. Under the circumstances, we can only suggest the advisability of submitting your paper to one of the special periodicals in the field concerned, with the suggestion that you call it to our attention when it is published so that we may have some editorial mention of the practical conclusions which may be drawn from it.
