I have made arrangements for Dr. Alcorn to come up to Akron the morning of the 23rd, and we will probably leave for Ashtabula around 10:00 A.M. Based on that, 1 ,, would anticipate that Hr. Laundrle, Or. Alcorn and myself would arrl at the Ashtabula Plant around noontime or shortly thereafter. I have enclosed a copy of a memo from Mr. Roy Jackson, our Plant Han at Ashtabula, outlining a proposed schedule which seems quite aoorop to me. However, we are very flexible and can modify the program to the needs, should any change be appropriate. We are planning to stay overnight at Ashtabula and will be available to meet with Interested employees Tuesday morning at their convenience.
