Low Boiler Stack R22 and R125 breach (Part A submitted 19/12/2022 and updated on 21/12/2022 to include R125, Part B submitted 06/01/2023). On site we were discussing freezing steam lines, but on further discussions with the operations team this was actually instrument air lines impacting steam flow, this is covered in the Part B. (NEW) CO annual emission breach (Part A submitted 06/01/2023) 2. Send safety data sheet for AC-2000 (C6H). Our CSR team are currently making updates to be compliant with new EU Regulations. I expect to be able to send this over to you w/c 16 Jan. 3. Query on Medium Combustion Plant Directive (MCPD) sent 05/01/2023 to confirm if any action is required from AGC. 4. Blocked drain and spilled filter cake material from skips raised with our maintenance team to resolve. 5. Changes to operating techniques discussed 04/01/2023 for emissions improvement activities planned at AGC - letter attached. 6. Slides from 04/01/2023 attached.
