Balloting on the Air Hygiene Program Recommended by the Air Hygiene Committee 550 1. At the Institute's meeting held on December 5, 1947, sn air hygiene program costing $5,000.00 for a year was recommended and presented to the membership by the Industrial Rygiptene Foundation through the Air Hygiene Committee. (See Minutes and Recommendation of the Air Hygiene Committee Meeting held on Norember 19, 1947 for details of this program.) It vas agreed, at this time, that this recommended program be studied by the member companies and a final decision made at the April meeting. 2. Memorandum #126, dated 7ebroary 12, 1948, from the Manager's office advised the member companies that they would be polled regarding this recommended program at the April 6, 1948 meeting. 3. Since all member companies did not have representatives Instructs! or authorised to vote on this question at ths April 6th meeting, the Manager was directed to handle the voting by mail. Enclosed is a ballot to be filled in and returned to the Manager1s office stating your company's decision as regards this recommended minimum program. * 4. The membership vlll be advised by the Manager as to the results of this poll as soon as it is completed. HARRIS D.
