Given the economic climate at Texas City, the decision has once again been made to conduct the annual inspection of our facilities utilizing personnel at this site. This decision was reached with confidence that a very thorough survey of the status of our plant can be made by a team whose members are intimately acquainted with our total operations. This confidence is based on the demonstrated personal commitment to safety of the individuals making up the team and the success of last years internal inspection. The inspection is scheduled for September 26 through 29. These four days will be devoted to inspections and preparation of reports. Feedback to the Expanded Staff will be October 4.
