Ken and James,
Please accept my apology and regrets that I will be unable to attend the EPA Roundtable meeting scheduled near the end of this month. We will be holding our monthly Board of Oil, Gas and Mining Meeting during that time and I am needing to be present for that event. Our state legislature is also in session right now and it would be unwise for me to be gone in this time period.
Thank you for the invitation and perhaps I can participate in a future meeting.

As a previously invited and confirmed participant, you have first right of refusal with respect to participation. Unfortunately, we were not able to secure a bigger meeting space, so seating is limited to the same number of participants as it was originally. If you are not able to attend, you are encouraged to designate someone within your organization to take your seat. We ask that you confirm your participation by 5 pm eastern on Wednesday, February 7, 2018. If you do not confirm participation by Wednesday, February 7, 2018, your seat will be offered to one of the individuals on our waiting list. To confirm your attendance, please send an email to Jim Kenney at kenney.games@epa.gov. Jim will provide you with additional logistics and information.
Again, please accept our most sincere apology for the unavoidable postponement of the roundtable.
