Samples of the polychlorinated biphenyls from your friend's Inventory were analyzed and were found to be contaminated and not reclaimable for approved dielectric use. To eliminate any potential opportunity for this material to become an environmental pollutant I strongly recommend proper disposal by high temperature incineration. During our discussion relating to the cost of disposal I indicated that in my opinion Monsanto should not be expected to pay for the disposal of material which belonged to others.
