The following items are not subject to the quantity discounts and will not be included in gallonage calculations: Dry Colors Bronzes Linseed Oil Turpentine Litharge ODP White Lead in Oil Dry White Lead Red Lead in Oil Dry Red Lead Zilo Other Sundries TERMS On Paints, Varnishes, Lacquers, O-K Products, Coal-Tar Products, Flaxoap, ODP Lead, Zilo and Brushes--60 days net; 2% for cash within 10 dayB from date of invoice. On Linseed Ofl, Turpentine, Alcohol, Dry Colors, Insecticide Materials and goods not of our manufacture--30 days net; 1 % for cash within 10 days from date of invoice. IMPORTANT Shortages or errors in billing must be reported within ten days from receipt of shipment to secure proper adjustment. In maldng all shipments our responsibility ceases when we receive a signed bill of lading from the transportation company. Claims for losses and damage in transit must be filed with the transportation company by our customers. If ship ments are received in a damaged condition, or short in the number of packages, be sure to have the freight agent make such notation oh the paid expense bill.
