Attached sheets list the required fiber information by plant, except as follows:
1. Because several plants indicated fiber usage data was more readily available than "purchases", all plants were requested to provide usage in tons to be consistent.
2. Fiber suppliers are listed when known. In a number of cases, a fiber was listed by.number' or type, but with no information available as to source.
3. The data time period specified was 1967-197R. Half the plants indicated no records are available prior to 1971-1972.
4. Delivered cost per ton. a. In some cases, a weighted average was calculated because of combined data in a particular year. b. Most plants indicated cost data includes carryovers from one year to the next including adjustments due to credits or additional billings.
3. Duration of the supply contract: In general, contracts were on an annual basis. This could not be verified as all Purchasing files for prior years have already been turned over to the Legal Department.
