The meeting will convene at approximately 4:00 p.m. in Room 551 at the Twin Bridges Marriott Hotel, Arlington, Virginia. As in years past, the meeting is being held at the conclusion of AIA/NA's Annual Meeting and Industry Conference and prior to the Fall Meeting of AACPP's Board of Directors on Thursday morning, September 20, 1984. On the off chance that you did not hear directly from AIA/NA, enclosed is their Provisional Program and Meeting Registration Form. The Registration Form should be used to make your hotel reservation and, as indicated, returned to AIA/NA no later than August 30, 1984. As most of you know, the Fall Meeting is one of the few times in the year when senior managers throughout the A/C pipe industry have an opportunity to sit down and candidly exchange views on important issues facing the industry. AACPP's Executive Committee considers the Senior Manager Meeting an important sounding board for critiquing past Association efforts and establishing program priorities and funding levels for the next fiscal year. Thus, participation by top management from all three (3) domestic companies is strongly recommended. A formal agenda is not normally prepared and you will be free to raise any topic for discussion which Association Counsel deems appropriate.
