Employee overexposed while changing out the inlet valve on the old unit recovery system "A" vacuum pump.
Employee overexposed while changing a rinse water valve on D-300 reactor.
Employee overexposed while repairing a new unit recovery compressor seal water line.
Employee performed his normal job duties. The cause of his overexposure has not been identified.
Employee overexposed while working near a Corkin compressor which was being torn down and which contained residual VCM trapped in the vicinity of the internal packing.
Same cause as other General Mechanic having 2.7 ppm over exposure.

LEAD AND TOTAL PARTICULATES DOSIMETRY Based on the success seen during the month with VCM dosimetry scheduling by job class, a decision was made to do likewise with lead and total particulates. III. INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE CLERICAL DUTIES Responsibility for the industrial hygiene clerical duties performed by the Plant Nurse was transferred to the Safety Supervisor.
