Dear Dr. Ially - I am enolosing two reports, one on the three rubber compounds (FleotolLS, Plectol H, and Santoflex B), and the second on Pydraul F-9. Ton will notice that I aa still doing sons work on the comparative Intraperitonaal Toxleitles on the rubber samples. We did some preliminary feeding with rats on Pydraul F-9 before starting ths rabbit experiment and in one instance, a rat fed a dose of 21.0 ml./kg. of body weight survived for three weeks. Of course we fed only a limited number of rate, most of whioh died at feeding levels well below this. But, neverthe less, it appears that the H.L.D. for rats is considerably higher than for rabbits.
