"N" Series burners with "Flame Retention Head" produce a stable, high-temperature flame that is quick igniting, quiet, and properly shaped for clean firing in narrow combustion chambers and under mmimtim draft conditions; also in low base and Scotch Marinetype boilers. High combustion efficiency is indicated by regularly obtained readings of 10% CO, and above with low stack tempera tures and zero smoke. Key to the stable flam* pattern developed by "N" Series burners is s stainless steel ring in the combustion head with vanes property shaped to create a balanced air-oil mixture. As the atomized oil is discharged from the nozzle, it is preheated for .smokeless, hightemperature burning. The fire holds steady at the ring to prevent carbon buildup and to eliminate pulsation.
