ANNOUNCEMENT Monsanto Monsanto Company The following changes are being made in the Department of Medical and Health Sciences to increase our focus on delivering key results to the operating units and the corporation. This realignment is effective December 1, 1993: Barry R. Friedlander, M.D., will become Director, Occupational Health Management and Science. Dr. Friedlander will continue to serve as the company's focal point for establishing positions on scientific study results relative to issues of employee health. Reporting to Dr. Friedlander will be: John H. Baker, M.D., Director, Occupational Medicine and Chief Physician, General Offices and Chesterfield Village Teams, chair of the Substance Free Workplace Program Team, and Medical Liason for Monsanto Canada; and Patrick R. Conner, M.D., Director, Occupational Medicine, The Chemical Group; and Alan L. Engelberg, M.D., Director, Occupational Medicine, The Agricultural Group, NutraSweet, Asia, Latin America, and Medical Liason to Searle; and John Jackson, M.D., Director, Medical & Health Sciences, Brussels, who will report functionally; and Susan Wendler, Secretary. Rebecca L. Tominack, M.D., will become Director, Medical Toxicology and Product Safety. Reporting to Dr. Tominack will be: James J.
