Zeman Confirming our earlier discussion, after the Fitzgerald/ Harbison presentation, quite a bit of time was spent discussing Monsanto's potential obligations in at least being concerned with and possibly coordinating the long term job of disposal of PCB's current in capacitor/ transformer service in the United States. At least two things need to be done rather quickly: 1. Better define for management the role we recommend the corporation play in this problem. 2. Contact Jerry Bratsch in Facilities & Planning so we are knowledgeable about the new St. Louis area incinerator currently being discussed. I assume you are working on these items.
