He was wearing an air-line respirator. A Dry Blend Lab Technician was exposed to 1.9 ppm during four hours of higher than normal VCM levels in the lab. He wore a cannister gas mask during that time. A Reactor Shift Supervisor walked by a VCM leak which occurred during VCM filter changeout, suffering an exposure of 1.1 ppm without respiratory protection. A Transportation Warehouse Lead Worker was exposed to 1.28 ppm while inventorying resin near the PVC bagging machines. He was not wearing a respirator.
