This door must be opened end closed to get scrap out. Management will investigate shield for - r\ molded billet it*chine and the possibility of quicker opening door.

1* Subject: Union asked that management give all written reports on all changes affecting the men sooner.
Action: Management stated that these changes will be kept up with sooner in the future*
2* Subject: Union asked for four (4) hours pay for Angelo, Tierno who was denjed overtime on Ms regular Job*
Action* Mr* Amos said he will talk to Mr, Tierno and the foreman involved and have the situation straightened out*
3* Subject* Union requests some kind of top for lift trucks in mold repair and raw material area*
Action* This has been done for raw material; management said if this proves successful others will follow*

Management stated that this was too expensive at the present time, because shear would be idle 90% of the time.
