OSHA requires that physical exami.-,t i ons be given to those employees in occupations exposed to airborne concentrations of asbestos fibers. Arrange ments have been made with Or. Oavid G. Gillespie, Chief of Pulmonary Diseases, at the Cleveland Metropolitan Hospital to administer these exams.
We are beginning by having each of our pulpers examined, along with supervisors responsible for the pulping areas. These examinations will be paid for by the company and are extremely costly. Everyone's cooperation will be required.
The first appointments will be Friday, March 8, 1974 at 2:30 p.m.. I request that either John Salaciak or Fred Do1 bow (but not both) be examined during this first session. In addition, five of the following listed employees are to have their examinations this Friday.

Please review the information contained in this memorandum with all those employees listed. Make firm commitments with five to have their health examinations Friday the 8th. The exams will consist of medical histories, chest X-Rays, and breathing tests.
