E, Wiese Standard Chemical Specification Sheet VCM-300 Attached to the original of this letter Is the revised standard chemical specification sheet for Vinyl Chloride, VCM-300. The only change Is that the phenol content now ranges between 40 and 100 ppm, instead of the previous 200 to 500 ppm. This change was agreed to at the December 8 meeting of the Specification Committee. However, the change was held up until better precision could be obtained in the laboratory on the phenol-in-VCM analysis. Please Initial your approval of the attached specification sheet, pass on to the next person, and finally return to the Production Control Department. Then the specification will be Issued. As outlined in Mr. Wiese's memo of January 21, technical service personnel will now represent the Sales Department, with regard to product specifications.
