D.F. OPERATION
Shipments for the month were slightly off. Exports were down approximately 1.7 MM lbs. from previous month. Domestic shipments were down also.
We had an inventory build-up of approximately 2MM lbs. of primarily packaged resin.

Activity Report
Safety Meeting
The safety meeting for the month of February, 1981 was held at Goforth's Restaurant in Aberdeen, MS. The topic discussed was Donald Dove's accident and the proper steps to follow when filling out an accident report.

Equipment
Company pick-up. Unit #44880, has 115592 miles as of 2-28-81. The following trucks were overhauled during the month of February:

We ran three rental tractors and four rental trailers for the month of February.
Personnel
Richard Moreland put in a request for retirement, effective March 1, 1981. Herbert Pearson hired as a casual driver. All drivers liscense have been checked for violations.
Rail Activity Report
There were two derailments during February inside Conoco yard. Gatx 14177, a loaded PA car on 2/18/81 and Ptlx 41662,-an empty hopper car, along with ICG engine 2/19/81. No injuries were reported connected with either de railment.
Van interstate truck load surcharge increased to 17% effective 2/6/81, to 18% effective 2/13/81, to 18*# effective 2/20/81, and to 19% effective 2/27/81.
