Dear Mr. Snouffer: I am writing to inform you that the Compliance Assurance and Enforcement Division of Region 6, United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") inspection of the Port of Brownsville on September 21, 2023, included a visit to your facility at 11001 R.L. Ostos Road evaluating the potential for Resource Conservation and Recovery Act ("RCRA") violations. Based on the September 2023 inspections EPA has determined no further action is required.
