GRACE COMPANY, NATIONAL GYPSUM COMPANY, PROKO INDUSTRIES, ) INC., UNION CARBIDE CORPORATION, ) and CAREY-CANADA, INC., ) ) Defendants. ) _________________________________ ) ORDER C/A NO. 82-3142-14 This Order memorializes rulings made by the Court during a telephone conference call on April 23, 1984, to wit: (1) Discovery shall be limited prior to May 11, 198 to the following: (a) The Plaintiff m a y 1proceed with local depo sitions in South Carolina heretofore noticed; (b) The Plaintiff may proceed with the deposition of Dr. -George Wright heretofore scheduled in Denver, Colorado ^ for May 3, 1984; and (c) All parties shall timely respond to outstanding Interrogatories, Requests to Produce, Requests for Admissions, and Motions. (2) The Defendants shall on or before May 14, 1984 file their final Responses to the Plaintiff's Requests to Produce Documents, together with a statement verified by the party specifically setting forth the encompassment of the search, the /a~ ~ '5., AS OS pep- ex . n o .___ ' ^7- TAB person or persons who participated in the search, and the identification of all documents for which they claim privilege. C (3) The previous ruling of the Court as to Grace's'- responsibility for payment of the Plaintiff's costs incurred in taking the depositions of additional expert witnesses recently listed by Grace shall include the cost of separate trips for discovery depositions and attendance at any de bene esse depositions of said experts.
