Fitzpatrick, an attorney for the Maryland Casualty Company, lie is working on a compensation case for the P&nther-Panco Rubber Company of Chelsea, Massachusetts. One of their women employees ie suffering from an ailment which she attributes to the use of leaded gasoline instead of naphtha for cleaning rubber soles and heels* I would like permission to quote in writing to Mr. Fitzpatrick from Pages 1, 2 and 3 of Section XIII of our Safety Manual so that he say use this information before the Compensation Commissioner. In this connection, the compensation doctors, a group appointed by the State, hare reported that the illness was connected with the use of lead treated gasoline and state that their experiences have shown gasoline so treated is highly toxic.
