After 1 returned from Manila, my first action was to discuss with Norm Gamble the preparation of letters to all compound customers in New Zealand. I learned that Buckley & Young received instructions from Cleveland to send a similar letter to all PVC accounts, and in most cases in New Zealand resin accounts of Buckley & Young are also compound accounts of material shipped from BFGC(NZ). Buckley & Young will be sending you a list of all people who received copies of RPK's letter, and when this is available Norm Gamble will assure that all of his customers as well are included.
