A total of thirty-eight (38) leaks were found. Of these leaks twenty (20) were repaired when found and 18 required addi tional work. Thirteen (13) of the eighteen (18) leaks that required additional work have been repaired to date. The remain ing five (5) leaks will require a shut down of process systems. These leaks will be repaired on the next scheduled shut down of their respective modules. (These five leaks are identified with asterisks in the leak summary.)
