We shall, of course, endeavor to meet your required shipments, as you schedule them. We recognize that at the beginning of any given year it is difficult for you to correctly forecast your yearly requirements, but we must again remind you that we are allocated fibers based on figures supplied us at the beginning of each year. To increase requirements at mid-year requires . considerable manipulating, and for this reason, we normally request as much advance notice as possible, as we must go to London for new allocations. During my absence from the office last week, I understand Tony came in for a visit with Joan Holtze, and according to Joan, they jointly reached an agreement on total requirements necessary for both, plants.
