Thursday, June 28 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. in Cheyenne will work for us. Your suggested agenda sounds great. I will begin to build the team from region 8 and HQ which will make this a productive meeting. Patrick... Sierra Club v. EPA 18cv3472 NDCA Tier 5 ED 002061 00092178-00001 After herding all the cats, it looks like the best date for a Cheyenne meeting will be the afternoon of Thursday, June 28 from 1:00-3:00. On our side, we are looking to keep the group relatively small with key people from our WMA Regulatory Affairs Committee. The WMA group would like to block the first 90 minutes to discuss NEPA and the product that Administrator Benevento asked the group to pull together in February. The document should be complete in the next couple of week and we will send to you and your folks for review by the end of May. For the second half of the meeting, the group would like to review outstanding air issues, including Region VIII exceptional event practices and the PQAO program. State regulators would probably an asset to this meeting, as well. Please let me know if this works for you, and we can move on setting a location. Thanks for your help and efforts on this...I see this exercise as a real opportunity to build a good working relationship between industry and the agency. Cheers, Travis D.
