The following adjustments need to be made: Shell no longer owns the following refineries: Wood River, IL; Odessa, TX; Anacortes, WA. Texaco, with whom Shell has a joint venture, no longer owns the EI Dorado, KS refinery. After making adjustments for refineries that we no longer own and calculating the percentage ownership in the ShelllTexaco joint venture, the Shell US refining capacity is 650,000. Patsy M.
