Minutes of the December 7, 1962 meeting were approved. 2. Rules of Organization and Procedure The draft for the Committee's rules of organization and pro cedure as prepared by Drs. Sutton and Golz at a meeting at MCA offices on February 20, 1963 was discussed and a final copy unanimously ap proved . The secretary was requested to submit this copy to the Board of Directors for approval (see attachment). 3. Appointment of Officers Subject to approval by the Board of Directors, the Committee unanimously appointed Dr. A. J. Fleming of E. I.du Pont de Nemours as chairman for the period June 1, 1963 to May 31, 1965. Membership In accordance with the system of membership rotation incorporated ^ the new rules of organization and membership, Dr. R. E. Kelly and .Dr* T. W. Nale will retire from committee membership as of May 30, 1963 The following were unanimously appointed members as of June 1, Dr. J. Noe, Wyandotte Chemicals Corporation Dr. C. U.
