No. ............. .- 2/73 1.5 Safety Requirements: The Contractor shall comply with BASF Wyandotte's Safety Standard 100.10.2. "General Rules for Contractors" as amended by this section. These rules shall be reviewed with BWC Safety Engineer and the Contractor before starting his work. 1.5.1 Technical Standard 100;10.2 "General Rules for Contractors" is amended as follows: Medical .. / The word, "dispensary" is intended to mean the following: Contractor shall have at least one employee on the job who holds a valid certificate in First-Aid4training from the U.S. Bureau of Mines, the American Red Cross or equivalent training organization and Contractor will furnish all neces sary supplies and equipment for First Aid Treatment. All contractors and. subcontractors will comply with all Federal and State laws and ordinances relating to safety, including, but not limited to "OSHA" requirements and to conform with the provisions of the "Manual of Accident Prevention in Construction" published by the Associated General Contractors of America, Inc. 1.5.3 It will be the sole responsibility of the CONTRACTOR to establish and maintain a safety program.
