We did not foresee either the 4-year delay or the 10 fiber calling Halt which is effective alaoat immediately. The celling Halt can be troublcsoae because you are in violation even if an inspector takes several samples and only one exceeds this amount. Of the eight plants sampled thus far in 1972, three had areas or operations exceeding 10: the veraiculite furnace at Traveler's Rest during expansion of L #2 ore; Wilder MK operations; and the Oklahoma City furnace rooa.
