Dear Sir:
In view of your experience in the blending and mixing of tetraethyl lead we. are taking the liberty of writing to you asking for advice on a problem relating, to. this compound.
Ie are confronted with an abnormal exposure to high octane.aviation gasoline where workmen are filling 5 allon**on a production basis, 8 hours a day 6 .days a week. This work is being done in the open with no ventilation other than that naturally provided.
Under such circumstances we are wonderingabout the possibility of lead poisoning devel oping. Any information you can give to us will be greatly appreciated.
Very truly yours
