Dear Mr. Jacques*
Tie have your letter of April 2$ inquiring
as to our ability to supply a 55-gallon drum of iso-octane
containing tetraethyl lead in the amount of 6 cubic centi
meters per gallon. Unfortunately we are not in the posi
tion to supply this material.

Ue should like to cull to your attention that any fuel, whether gasoline or iso-octane, has a com mercial limitation of 4*6 cubic centimeters of tetraethyl lead par gallon when such fuel is to be used in aviation engines. This regulation has been established by the United States Public Health Service.
If you have in mind using this material for experimental purposes, ire shall ba pleased to have you write to us in greater detail and to render whatever assistance v/e can.
