Dear John:
In response to yours of November 30, 1983, we have received authorization to secure the medical and office records of each and every attending physician of the deceased through out her life and have forwarded copies of these authorizations on to the various physicians with the request that they forward their copies to us. In addition, we have received certain reports of various physicians but will wait to forward copies on to you until we are in receipt of all or a substantial portion of the medical and office records of the decedent's treatment thoughout her lifespan so as not to clutter your file by piecemeal reports.
Based on the fact that the plaintiff complied with our demand for authorization, the Court granted the plaintiff's motion to restore this case to the trial calendar and in the normal course of the present trial calendar status, it is anticipated that this will reach a pretrial and thereafter trial status in the summer or early fall of 1984.
Hopefully, we will have complete records of the plaintiff's treatment with her various physicians in early 1984 and can forward them on to our expert physician for his analysis and report.
