Setler hereby expressly excludes all other express or implied warranties whatsoever. Any tex, customs, import or export duties, or ony other governmental charge on the production, sale or ship ment (or any combination of these several) of the products listed in this price list or upon the materials from which they ore produced, ond whether imposed by Federal, State, Municipal, or other governmental authorities, ond here after becoming effective, shall be added to the prices printed herein. TERMS Our terms for products in this price list, unless otherwise noted, are 60 days net, 1 percent discount if cash payment is received by the 10th day of the month following date of invoice. All shipments of paint products are forworded F.O.B. our factories or distributing points. Orders of 24 gallons or more will be shipped freight prepaid; orders for less than 24 gallons will be shipped F.O.B. Shipping Point with no allowance for freight. FULL CASE ALLOWANCES Prices shown are for split cose quantities except for.- Colors-in-Oil in tubes, Dramatone Multi-Purpose Tinting Colors in packs, Jcpoloc Sproy Enamel, No. 4030 Rustmaster Primer, Silicone Slick Sproy, and Spred Patch Tubes, which are only shipped in full coses. To insure prompt atten tion, otl orders should be addressed to The Glidden Compony and not to o representative. RETURNED GOODS No goods may be returned to vs for any reason without our permission. When goods are returned to us for reasons other than our error in filling customer's order, the customer will receive o credit in the amount of the billed price of the goods returned to us less o handling charge of 10% and the goods returned to us will be shipped F.O.B. our warehouse os designated by us. SHORTAGES AND CLAIMS Shortages or errors in packing or invoicing must be reported immediately upon receipt of goods to enable proper checking and adjustment. All claims for losses and damage en route must be filed by the customer with the carrier. Be sure to have a proper official of the transportation company inspect all instances where there is concealed damoge and report to them promptly oil shortages ond goods received in damaged condition, obtaining their notation on the freight bill to ovoid inconveniences and the making of affidavits at o loter date. The manufacture, sale and delivery of oil products is contingent upon strikes, fires, acts of God, acts of gov ernmental outhorities, deloys or any other causes beyond our control and we may cancel orders for said products undelivered because of ony such causes.
